Intro....

You may wonder how I came up with this title, but it is really hard to come up with something that is original and more importantly not being used by someone else. So I hummed and hawed and then John came up with the name. You see from the time I have known him I have always described him as Crusty. You may wonder what exactly I mean by crusty then, it doesn't really sound like an endearing term. It is not meant physically, but more emotionally, an attitude, a presence; sort of cranky, or crabby, or grumpy. I called John this one time when he was in a bad mood and it just sort of stuck. So seeing as this blog is meant to mostly be about our travels together from my perspective it seemed like an apt name.
I really wish I had decided to start this blog earlier as we have already been many places and I've already forgotten lots of the details, but better late than never! So I hope those of you reading this enjoy it, and please feel free to comment. I love those comments!!
