Las Vegas Day 3

So Day 3, time is going by so fast. I woke up and expected to feel better, but really I didn't. I think I slept a little better, because John went down late last night and found me some NyQuil. Daylight savings time ended in the middle of the night, so John handled the clocks because he had to get up for a meeting this morning. I was awake when he got up, but I stayed in bed. He was ready to leave and decided to make sure he had the time right, so he looked it up on the Internet. Turns out he was an hour late! Oops! So I got up and we went for Breakfast at the Wynn coffee shop. I had buttermilk pancakes and a peach smoothie. The pancakes were so good!! I was actually surprised at how light and fluffy they were. The peach smoothie was good too, but it tasted more like bananas than peaches. John was happy with his bacon and eggs again. I forgot my camera so no pictures. John left me at the restaurant to go to his meeting and I paid the bill and went back up to the room. He was only gone an hour, but it gave me some time to blog! Yaaaayyy!! Believe it or not, I am actually enjoying it.
When John came back, we decided to just lounge around and watch football in our room, we both fell asleep and had a nice little nap. It was good for me to just rest. And John felt better after more sleep too. When we woke up, we were both ravenous, so we sauntered back down to surprise, surprise Zooza Crackers! It's really good and we knew what to expect. John ordered the chicken noodle soup, the latkes, and half of a corn beef sandwich. He was no impressed with the sandwich, he spent a lot of time trimming the fat off of it, but the rest was good. I had the Angus Beef Sliders and fries. They were really cute, and very yummy!! My mom never would have let me eat them, if she saw how pink they were inside though. I tried to get a picture, but it just didn't turn out very well. They were really tasty and juicy though.
After lunch we headed back up to the room, for more R&R. I was grateful to lay down, because I took a couple cold pills, and they were making me feel a little bit spinney. We were supposed to go to an MDA dinner at 6, but we blew it off. We're bad, but neither of us felt like schmoozing! More later.....
